"All in Peril" evokes a lingering sadness beneath its intricate craftsmanship. The small boat, tilted precariously in a violent wave, suggests vulnerability and the fragile balance between hope and loss. On the brink of danger, we feel all the passengers will be exposed to forces far greater than themselves despite their life vests. The forceful wave of the carved manzanita captures a moment suspended between survival and surrender.
